Call hotline and talk to the CSO. Dead and bright pixels are subjected to T&C listed on their website for 1-1 exchange. Some bros got it even if threshold unmet, you can try your luck.

i read somewhere that ultra sharp monitors are being covered by the panel perfect policy. so 1 dead pixel they have to change it. will give them a call tmr.

they only pass me the monitor with the stand.

my friend purchased this monitor, connected it via the DVI cable provided to a PC 7850, changed source to DVI, but nothing comes out, only the power saving mode signal
