Anyone did dell laptop replacement 1 to 1 for a brand new set ? Mine got some ****ing problem even dell tech online, engineer also come to my house to replace also cannot help.....

If their techs also cannot help then why should a 1 to 1 replacement be a problem if it is still under warranty?
