Check the bottom of your laptop / box / documentation for its Service tag number:

This is unique identifier number to your laptop since dells have so many skus. Write the number down properly.

1. Head then to dells support website, key in this number in the support page for Drivers ✅
2. What Os are you on? If it's windows 10, let me know. Have a guide for it

Hi all,
Thank you for all your replies and solutions.
As a matter of fact, I had encountered a problem and can't access my data previously. And have went to re-format and re-install the os and drivers. However, I noticed laptop is still not stable and can't read some of my thumb drive.
I have done these services at an it shop in pasir panjang.
Instead if buying a new laptop, I thought of giving a second try at other shop, to reformat and re-install everything again.
My laptop is a I7,256gb sad, 4g ram and running in win 7.
I am hoping to be able to re-install the original os and drivers. Hence, if anyone has cd done backup before will be most ideal.
Anyone has lobang for the installation cd?
