very trendy. Range has been rather wide past few days.

so is Singapore and Taiwan markets quite correlate?
Don't have mathematical tools but roughly correlation is around 55%?

which trading platform/charting software?
well, I use TOS, IB, Esignal, Ensign, Poems, IG ... some of the platforms/charting s/w
are not being used actively as i use it as backup or for expanding my scope

level 1140 has been broken since this Monday.


sigh ... I failed to get the chart setup fast enough and missed soo many signals since this Monday.

most of the time spend waiting and waiting and waiting.
so have to find things to do between trading,
and trade various derivatives throughout the world.

so how is European maket like DAX, DJ STOXX50?

Well, short term wise it appears to be mildly trending up.
however, last few days day range is getting rather bad.
generally can't exceed 2% day range.

Even eurusd is trapped in tight range from 1.08 to 1.14

I use TA mainly price action. It doesn't make sense to challenge with anyone else.
I only challenge with myself.

Well. past few days, day range has been very healthy.

today it might be inside day, or it might continue its downward journey. hopefully it doesn't stay in small range.

again, yesterday Russell day range was wide at 1.8%.
Price went down.
sigh.... failed to stretch profit.

not worth the risk trading.

Nikkei. again day range has been terrible for past few weeks.
wait for clear decisive movement.
perhaps work out plan for selling call / put options.

Xinhua A50.
day range quietened drastically from 10% to 5% to 2%.
again not worth the risk trading. also retracement pattern very unpredictable.

Taiwan.
day range has been healthy. past few days long red candle.
to monitor.

gold.
missed the boat to short gold.
seems like trend is now trendless.

usdjpy.
short term probably no opportunity.

audusd.
obviously d/t.

why boring?
morning - trade asian markets for about 3 hrs.

then nothing to do.

afternoon 3pm. trade European markes for about 3 hrs.

then nothing to do.

after dinner, perhaps trade European markets.

evening, trade US markets for 2 hrs. then sleep.

most of my trading is based on price actions ie charts needed.
exception is Market on Open trading - no chart needed.
