Final exams soo. Going through a really rough patch in a relationship as well. Finally getting back onto the wagon with this session. Heartened to know that I'm ready to fight again.

I find that physical training can take your mind off emotional turbulence and make you see things in a clearer light later on. Hang in there brother.

derrick, see that u alwaays do weight pull ups and seated cable rows for ur back exercises. Are there any other back exercises that you are doing?
