Desktop Config Request

Hi, I'm looking to get two desktop to run as servers. I need to achieve the following:

Server 1: Windows Server 2012
1) Run an accounting software for other PCs to connect to. It installs MSSQL Express at the same time. I would say this is a middle weight app in terms of resource consumption.
2) Create shared folder
3) IIS for ASP.NET application
4) MS Office
5) Antivirus

Server 2: Windows Server 2012
1) MSSQL
2) MS Visual Studio
3) Visual SourceSafe
3) Share folder
4) Antivirus

Any spec recommendation?

You are better off renting server from a USA DC and install xen virtualization on it and split
resources.

it will be a much better option
