Context as follows:
BSOD started getting more frequent. (video scheduler internal error)
Usually 2 mins into Rainbow Six Siege will crash (BSOD)
went to google + yt the possible cause.
Use DDU to clean uninstall Nvidia and install older versions of driver 388.xx)
Same BSOD occured but more abruptly.
Tried to use DDU again to clean uninstall.
However, this time round after re-installing, Windows boots up and will freeze within 1 minute.
Have ran windows memory diagnostics test, based on event viewers both drives are healthy.
Able to boot up in SAFE mode.
Windows event viewer keeps showing this DCOM error1084.
Currently, hooking up to the motherboard's iGPU for primary bootup.
What could be the possible problems?? I suspect its the GPU failing me as this rig is about 5 years old. Please assist. TIA.
