The screen will freeze there and pressing any buttons wont help. Have to press the reset button to reboot the system.

Cant access task manager or anything. Tried to press the capslock button, but the light wont go on or off.

Used to have a memory management BSOD, but after changing the rams from corbell, everything was fine for a day.

After 2 days this problem occurred. The first time it occurred it was when i was playing dota2, then subsequently happened when i was playing diablo or browsing the web using chrome.

On some occasions, I would see a black screen and my graphics card has stopped working and recovered but most of the time now its just the comp freezing up and i had to do a hard reboot.

It just happened twice just now when i was watching youtube vidoes, once in 4k and the second time in 1080p.

I am using a MSI R7850 Twin Frozr 2GD5 and have updated to 14.4 drivers.

Can anyone help please?

Thought i have resolved the BSOD issue, but another problem arises. :(

If memtest86 no issue, then likely GPU causing the freeze and black screen.

Hi, thanks for the reply guys.

I just gotten a new set of rams from corbell last week, so i dont think its the rams.

I was playing diablo for the past 3 hours and it didnt freeze.

Checked the GPU temp it was around 60 degrees.

Hi guys,

Was busy with my test for the past 2 weeks so could not really use my computer.

The problem still persist, I played diablo 3 from 11am to roughly around 4pm today and nothing happened, but as soon as i was watch a dota stream from twitch.tv and was browsing at the same time the computer froze again when i switched tab from hwz back to twitch.

I hard reboot the comp and this time only on twitch on my browser, roughly around 15mins, the comp freeze again and i had to hard reboot.

Did not try playing dota2 because when i went in to check my inventory, the comp freeze after 5mins, i was at the lobby not in game when it happened.

Another instance when it happened was watching youtube videos when i change the quality to 1080p.

Is there anyone that could identify the problem please? :(

You could bring it down to Nigel (gs) for a check

Where is Nigel located at? Thank you.
