Desktop PC Spoil Help

Hi Guys,

Would appreciate some help here in diagnosing my PC issue.
My PC has a on/off boot loop problem where the fans/cpu fans turn on for 1 or 2 seconds before shutting off and booting again.
Everytime it boots up theres a 1 short beep sound?(1 sec before auto reboot loop) and the monitor shows no signal.

I tried the below but PC still on/off loops even without inserting RAM.

Only HDMI/Power Cable is connected
Booting without RAM
Reseat my RAM & tried other 3 slots (No spare RAM & checked that there isn't dust in the slot itself)
Reseat GPU
Tried another SSD with OS W10 was using W7
PSU paper clip test the fans run normally.
Motherboards circle shaped led no light (not sure if there is before)

Any idea what else i could try and if the PSU/Motherboard/CPU is the problem?

Motherboard: Intel DQ67SW(2017)
CPU: I7 2600 (2017)
RAM: 8gb DDR3 Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz (Mid 2018)
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 twin frozr III (Mid 2013)
PSU: Corsair VS 650 (Mid 2013)

Reset your bios? Please insert only one ram to test.

PC won't boot if there is no ram detected.

if you are able to hear beep sounds, we can try without ram. it won boot but it will let you know if your mainboard is dead or not. it will constantly have beep sounds.. meaning your board might be alive.. try with one ram to allow it to post and boot..

if you are able to hear beep sounds, we can try without ram. it won boot but it will let you know if your mainboard is dead or not. it will constantly have beep sounds.. meaning your board might be alive.. try with one ram to allow it to post and boot..

Either your ram slot spoil, or blown capacitor or somewhere mb spoil.

try unseat your cmos battery and put it back

could you reapply your thermal paste for cpu?

Go dig out your MOBO Manual or download PDF copy from the Internet.
And then go read the lights section.
It will tell you CPU/RAM/GPU Issue.
If none of the above means MOBO.

Hey guys,

Just would like to update that i've purchased b450+2600 with ddr4 ram.

I did not attempt to re-apply thermal paste nor reseat/replace the cmos battery.

I've noticed there's a slight black liquid on 1 of my RAM slots.
The board itself (front/back) does not seem to have any black liquid or blown/rupture capacitors nor burning smells.

What did you guys do with faulty boards/cpus?

You should just return it to the shop or to the distro (look for a sticker)

Black liquid sounds weird. Got picture?

sounds like a psu problem assuming you have not meddle with the other parts prior to this issue.

if you are interested to t/s, get a new psu from lazada to try or from a friend.

Use your handphone and take a picture Power SW connector.

Unplug it and use a test pen or screw driver to short the pins. If the system power up then the power on switch is faulty.
