undervolt results depends on your luck. sillicon lottery.

most nvidia cards can undervolt 150-200mv easily at stock clocks

My experience on Undervolting was more towards the motherboard pcie lane capabilities, and there are undervolting limiting factor on pcie gen 3 compared to pcie gen 4, meaning I could lower the voltage in pcie gen 4 instead.

No experience on the AP201. When i bought the NR400 case, i had a 2xFan RTX 2060 Super which was extremely thick thus taking up a lot of space in the PC. This affected the volume available for cooling. Since my GPU was running hot all the time, the GPU shorted after 1 year and 10 months. Asus couldn't repair the GPU and gave me a 2xfan RTX 3060 as replacement. The RTX 3060 was slimmer than the 2060 and my high temperature problem was solved.

I see, yup 2000 series cards are super hot. you need a good airflow case, if not, the case will be like an oven. as for 3060 which I have encountered so far. they are pretty good to keep temperature low and with undervolt. your PC will not feel the heat at all. I have done lots of testing with cases. Moving forward, be it ITX or M-ATX cases. they will be slightly bigger to accomodate newer gen GPUs and PSUs. not forgetting hotter CPUS to use 280s or 360s AIOS.. 240 and 120 AIOs cant tame those next gen processors. unless going with Air Coolers.

If there is no space constraint I would get larger casing if possible with additional exhaust fans. I often game without aircon and my four exhaust fans (1 behind and 3 on top) are really crucial to help keep my casing temp acceptable.

Look at what Amazon SG has to offer, their pricing for casing is really attractive and with free delivery too. Like for example Silverstone ft-04w for $135.

Don't' get the NR400 if your GPU is bulky. I had GPU high temperature problem even though my NR400 had 3 fans (2xintake + 1 exhaust).

mATX is like that.. if PSU is mounted below and GPU is bulky, then the gap isn't that much for air to sneak in.

just got my se224. recommend u to set fan curve max at 60-65% fan speed. the default fan curve is super loud.

gosh, i ordered the NR400 on lazada, got cancelled and refund a couple of days later. I ordered the same NR400 on amazon.sg the day after and it got cancelled again today. Oh my. any other good case to recommend for mATX and for about same budget as NR400 ideally?

can consider cm mb311l or silverstone ps15 series, though the latter has a psu size limit that u have to pay attention to.

Hi all, need some help and advise again.

All my parts had arrived, new main board, new Intel f processor, new cooler, new psu, new SSD. Only thing old is my zotac GTX 1070 amp edition.

When I first start the pc up, I get a no signal on my monitor. Upon researching a bit, I realised my f processor don't have discrete graphics. But with my zotac 1070 plugged in, shouldnt the graphics output be normal? When powered up and switched on, the zotac logo lights up, fans spinning.

I may not like to face the reality but...could it be my zptac GPU faulty? Afterall, there's an psu incident burned earlier which might accidentally spoilt it?

Or any other ways to troubleshoot and confirm that I need a new graphics card?

Hmm.. Your monitor display setting set to HDMI or DP output prior to booting?

I tried with DP port on my GPU. Didn't work, not even a blink on my monitor. I think my GPU don't have HDMI port

Tried HDMI and DP port on my motherboard, there's a brief scanning , then no signal.

If u meant my monitor setup, I tried with DP as default,then keep cycling between HDMI and DP and auto

Update:

After returning from dinner, I try again this time with DP plugged into both monitor and GPU. This time it works. Funny, wonder where went wrong earlier. Thanks for the replies
