Hi all, I'm planning to get an OEM desktop.
Budget 900-1.1k

Few requirements:
I5
SSD
8gb ram
1TB HDD
Graphic card normal one will do
PSU80

Anyone can advise?

**edit: looking for DIY com, not OEM.

You serious about OEMs?

1) At that price point, no OEM desktop is going to have an SSD. (Even the $1800-$2000 ones may only give you a SSHD at most.)

2) At this price point, you are going to get a crummy entry level GPU that may be barely better than Intel HD Graphics. Define 'normal GPU'. What games do you want to play?

3) Most OEM desktops should be packing at least an 80+ (only) efficiency PSU. (Not Guaranteed.) However, they are very likely to skimp on PSU build quality in order to cut costs and thus these PSUs may potentially be not as durable as good aftermarket ones.

Why not get a DIY build instead?

i agree with what he say. if you are looking for oem computer, you do not need to ask for advise here, just go to a mega store and look at the price list to see what they have to offer. choose the one closer to what you need.

most oem computer is prebuild, you can't change the part unless they have some topup promo going on.

the only reason you shld buy a oem computer is because of it warranty. my uncle oem computer have 5 yr on-site warranty. if his computer have any problem he only need call the company and they will send some one down to fix it for him hassle-free. he is lazy and not very IT-educated anyway. haha
