For RAM, get Crucial Ballistix 3200

For motherboard, if you are getting b450, best to get the new MSI MAX motherboards.

Agreed with Rashkae's recommendations.

Additionally, I suggest taking a look at ADATA Sx8200 Pro instead of the 970 Evo. It's cheaper, yet has nearly the performance of the 970 Evo.

Would recommend you to consider to change the following:

Radeon Rx 5700xt 8gb -> RTX2060 Super 8gb
Corsair lpx ddr4 2800mhz 16gb -> CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 3200MHz CL16
corsair rmi gold 850w -> Can consider getting lower W, example 750W or 650W is enough.
