Something like this? This was my rig during the Olympic games. It appeared that it was due to voltage drop because of the extension cables I was using. Plugged it out and resolved the problem.
Most of the time, such problems is due to the PSU. Could be due to the CPU or motherboard too but lower chance. Can get a $10 PSU tester from Shopee to test the voltage readings if unable to start at all. My previous motherboard also powered off suddenly and never able to start again. Turned out that the motherboard was faulty due to scratches.
