Desktop software issue

I have issues with my web browser (both MS Edge and Chrome) whereby multiple tabs of microsoft and google help menu is started by itself. Tried uninstalling both and is still the same. Same applies when using microsoft office tools such as outlook or excel, the help bar appears itself and slows down things. Tried reformatting my com but is still the same. Can any IT chap advise on this?

could be a number of causes but first and foremost, suggest you perform a malware/AV scan.
