Change to ITX then bring it down.

I actually borught my dual opteron Liquid cooled rig over.... 20kg LOL!

Anyway, Parts are cheaper in Australia. Just look up Mwave or Scorptec or one of the smaller ones.

So I would suggest taking down the crucial parts and then bringing it there, then order and rebuild.

I went from this:

You'll need more portability when you're down there as you may be renting and moving around very half a year or so. Don't bring a brick. In fact, this applies to your other stuff as well. Don't accumulate stuff while living there. That is my advice.

TS remind me of my student days 1999, have to 'ship' my desktop over due to money constraint when people bring laptop i bring my motherboard tucked inside my bag to Australia. Over there i just buy casing that comes with the PSU.
Things there were pretty ex and those days DVD was the best thing that ever happened.

Anyway to TS shouldnt a Laptop be a more suitable option since you may need to work and bring it to campus etc.

Expect Aust prices to be at 30% mark up lol.
Alot of new products arrive slower there.
Singapore IT prices are higher than Australia now.

Look at this Deathadder Chroma:

$59 AUD

Graphics cards:

AUD is nearly on par with SGD so you can take it at face value. Then go look at SLS prices. I regret not buying more stuff when I was there before coming back
