Hi gurus. Just to seek some help here.
My desktop hang and the screen went into a weird coloration screen and just hang there that I've to force restart the computer by the power button.

Then come next issue. When I tried to boot it up keyboard is not lighted up and the screen is blank. But all the GPU fan and cooling fan are powered in.

Any face this issue before have any idea how do I troubleshoot it to detect the cause of it.
Thanks so much.

Tried and tested to boot from igpu. I think the problem is from the mobo, I've ran a couple of test on the cpu and result was fine too.
Anyway a quick check, if I were just to replace my mobo, can I reuse my CPU?
Would I have any compatibility issue with parts too? I have a msi r9 280. Thanks so mucjh

It didn't work fine booting from igpu, I had to force restart the PC couple of time before I actually have the PC to boot up. Power turns on but there was no image on monitor nor did mykeyboard n mouse lighted up.
I also swapped a new gpu from friend but had the same issue. So I'm suspecting it may be the Mobo issue.

I'm currently using MSI z87g43 mobo.
Any recommendations on new mobo?
Not intending for gaming anymore, just basic usage + Photoshop usage.

Any socket 1150 MB will do.

If you are using i5-4690/K or i7-4790/K, a BIOS update may be needed.

Maybe a power supply unit issue. Borrow a spare power supply to test.

Might just overhaul my unit with new psu new mobo.

Anyway what's the recommended psu nowadays? I'm currently on seasonic bronze 600+w or something.

Thinking to swap out to amd processor. Anything else that I have to replace besides the ram?

Any recommendations are welcomed. Thanks
