Desktop troubleshooting

When i tried to boot up my pc this morning, there was no display GPU, CPU and PSU fans are spinning but my case fans were not spinning and there was no power to my kb and mouse as well is this a case of dead psu or mobo ?

Looks like mobo problem to me. But can also be components loose contacts also.

Try remove ram and gpu, then put them back again. See if it helps.
