Desktop won't boot after windows update

Hello everyone

Recently i reformatted my computer due to similar problem, and now its back. Here's a timeline:

1. Reformatted computer
2. Installed win 7
3. Ran windows update

Now pc cannot even boot at all, pressed power button and monitor says no signal, won't even show the mobo logo

Now i cannot even go into safe boot or even the boot sequence menu

Tried to input with both dvi from graphics card, and hdmi->vga cable from mobo, also no signal on monitor

CPU fans/LEDs all lighted up and spinning. Keyboard and mouse lighted up too.

Would appreciate any help rendered

troublesome to troubleshoot. just buy new one?

Replacing motherboard should solve the issue
