Desktop won't boot

Hi guys,

Yesterday, my computer encountered intermittent restarts and blue screen. I decided to take out my ram and insert it back. When i power on, i can see that the CPU and GPU fans are running but no screen is displayed. I have tried switching to integrated graphics via VGA but screen is still not displayed. Appreciate some help, thanks!
