Like title says which is the best course you guys can recommend?

I'm planning overseas for few weeks but I can only bring MBP during that time. I may need to access work while on holiday (dont want to carry 2 laptop).

Is using parallel good enough for visual studio? or should I consider boot camp or try that .net Core (quite new and not familiar if this works well in mac).

Anyways I'm planning to use the mbp full-time at home too in the future coz my pc is exclusive for gaming and been trying to clear my desk.

MBP Specs:

MBP Pro 13" touchbar with only 8gb ram with 500gb space (planning 50-50 partition)

If your work demand high CPU, then consider AWS Windows Server and only switch it on when you need to access work. Off it when you don't need it.

What are you doing in Visual studio that requires large amount of memory or CPU resources? Otherwise Parallels Desktop will work just fine

I have some project under our company they expect me to still do some support incase of any emergency for old project normally just regular asp.net website with sql database while newer is develop using asp.net mvc.

Himm I have AWS account but for personal use and not sure if its actually cheaper getting another instance install visual studio and other tools and remotely working on it? would be practical? specially those project I work on also needs to be remote access to deploy.

If it is for your office work, then I would expect your company to provide the licenses. Otherwise you can always remote access back to your office with your laptop placed there? Or have ur laptop place at home? You can also migrate your laptop OS entirely into a VM to work within your MBP temporarily
