Device manager driver & high idle clock for gpu issues

Device manager driver issue

In device manager>Other devices>PCI Device. It shows PCI bus 10, device 0, function 3 driver not installed, win 10 can't find the driver. Is there anyway to find out the driver it requires?



Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
