Device not reachable

Hi all

Am copying photos from iPhone folder directly into PC desktop.

While copying halfway, error messages such as device not reachable Keeps popping up. Does any one know how to rectify such issues?


I have given up backing up using ITunes as it seems to take forever to do so.

have you tried another cable? or another usb port?

i think you buy 50gb icloud backup there better, no need headache

Yes tried all original cables and other USB ports..

manage to find the real root cause from more googling..hope it stays this way
