DFS shops just before luggage collection closed for good?

When I returned to Singapore early 2022, I noticed that the DFS shops (to buy wine) around the arrival luggage belt has closed. I wonder is this still true today?

Re-opened in Q2 2022 IIRC, but when I was there in June 2022, the liquor stock were very terrible. Only top-end expensive liquor (e.g $200 single malt/JW blue) in stock. The regular liquors shelf practically empty.

Hopefully the stock is better now. Dunno if Lotte is trying to focus on asian liquors/soju or wad.
