Did my PSU just short?

My power button on the case has been spoilt for a while so I turned on with the manual button on mobo. One second the power came up but then it went out the next.

Rig is about 4 years old with Seasonic Plat 660W PSU. Could it be my Motherboard also?

Just did the paper clip test too and fans didn’t come on.

If totally no power, high chance is PSU.
Can always bring the PSU down to our service center for a check.
If it's faulty, we will change for you. :)
