Hi bros and sis from hwz, can I check for the difference between apple sets and telco sets? Cos I was looking around the forums and I see buyers only looking for telco sets instead of accepting apple sets as well?

For Starhub, M1 and Apple Sets, you head to AASP to get your iPhone for repair/replacement.
For Singtel sets, you head down to Commcentre for repair/replacement.

No wonder the starhub delivery guy told me not go back to starhub

It's the same lah as long as it's bound for Singapore. Unless other countries, got locked to carrier, different LTE band, different power plug, etc.

And also last time M1 or starhub paste a pop-up logo sticker on all of their phones. Anyone remember?

Telco set not sealed since they insist to open up the set for you to inspect. Apple set still sealed when delivered.

Yes, there are difference for new defect iphone

Apple store online allow 1 to 1 exchange for new set within 14 days for defect part

Teleco/Reseller allow on the spot check for 1 to 1 defect exchange for new set (but they may claim no stock/reserved now), after that would be refurbished set
