DPU matter.. If a reit can't increase or even maintain DPU, it is a useless reit. DCR has screwed up since IPO .. major tenants gone bankrupt , DPU plunge.. How to trust this type of reit?

Wait for how many years already?? Mapletree Industrial and Capland Ascendas reit managers also incompetence..buy so many lemon assets and occupancy rates have dropped , DPUs also dropped but their fees keep going up. All scammers

a lot of local bloggers who call themselves dividend investors seem to think this way. To them, the only S$ dividend stocks in Singapore are 3 banks and SREITs. For some, they say banks are expensive so load up on SREIT instead
