Using digital lock for door and gate. Pro is no need bring keys out liao. Can sync to open both gate and door at the same time. Not much cons to be honest. The door will prompt with sound when battery is low.

Only Pros, I haven't found any Cons yet. I don't have to worry about forgetting to lock my door or leaving my keys somewhere.

Battery life is super stronk even after 1 year of usage, I changed the battery as advised by the installer as they may leaked.

I am using Lockin S30 Pro. :s12:

Somemore, there are brands that say cannot use rechargeable batteries. It is bad for the environment to throw away single use alkaline batteries.

Just changed one month ago because it is hard to find a similar mechanical cylinder locally. Need to order from Amazon and need locksmith to help to install. As many have mentioned, the Pros include not needing to carry a key and not having to worry about leaving it in the lock cylinder. It also offers Wi-Fi-enabled unlocking and uses USB-C for charging. However, the downsides are the need to find a place to store the override key, and it may be quite expensive. I use Moorgen. I only installed on my main door and uses Face recognition.
