multiple users can access at the same time. However, there is a limit to how many mobile devices can be registered under the same account.

Sharing of account for such subscription is rather dangerous imo. Cos whoever u share the account with will have access to your password and residential address..

Moreover, there are cases where people acquired the entire account from the owner just to sabo.

Just a little advice here.
