Direct Contractor without ID

Hi, is there any reliable direct contractor to intro? As i only want to a shoe rack.

Do ID markup 30% from the contractor pricing?

the last time I did my house, I sourced all my contractors from carousell I kid you not. There is a contractor for literally everything, but be wary of accounts with gamed ratings.

These contractors are typically banglas working side jobs. Quality is not bad but your mileage may vary.

If the job is too small, i think contractors or IDs may not even entertain you.

ID markup can be more than 30% depending on scope, amount and the ID.
carpentry is expensive and most don't entertain small scope since their job is plenty. best you check if your friends or relative have anyone they used before then trying calling them. make sure you check with them that quality is decent before engaging them. but be prepared to pay a premium.

No need Id if u know what u want. Contractor cheap cheap de honesty.

Get direct contractor is okay. But just manage your expectation a bit. Expect few mm out of tolerance or faint scratches.

40-50%.

Get direct contractor is okay. But just manage your expectation a bit. Expect few mm out of tolerance or faint scratches.

ID also mostly use subcon.. same same lah use ID also need to manage expectations cos they most likely will screw up in some way
