Nope. Old card cannot. Only those with SimplyGo can.

Anyway, this gives me idea of camping outside workers' domitories at night to collect cans. Chiu tink will work?

But some Sporeans really have ugly habits. Before that were those aunties walking around exits of FairPrice to ask for Healthy 365 QR, and now going around asking for bottles and cans when people are still drinking. These habits are really irritating, and unique in Singapore. I don't even see this in Indonesia when some people are so poor that they dig bins for food and drinks, sitting quietly at the roadside to beg. First world country regressing to third world is really...
