It's like safety mark claim to make your appliance safer. It's actually a control for the bigger players to have an advantage.

Small companies can't import easily anymore or have higher barrier/cost.

Meaning less competition and prices are less decided by buyers.

The increase won't be just 10c on the bottles, this is just a start. Go snapshot the prices you bought in the past and compare it later.
