Then people will abuse the water at the sink.

And wet the place, old folks walk pass slip and fall.

Wait they charge you 10 cents for using the water. Like that might as well don't do bottle return.

End of the day, this BCRS should not even start in the first place.

It's creating more problems just to solve 1 problem.

Should pit this dis-grace-fool there to wash the bottles since her ministry's idea of this BCRS.

Wash plastic bottle then recycle is totally unnecessary step.

Go watch any plastic recycling video on youtube will see many many washing processes to clean the plastic. Even for those lowly equipped recycling factories in third world countries.

The poster boy of plastic recycling, japan recycling factories also have many washing processes for the supposedly mandatory washed plastic bottles.

No. Not trivial plumbing water to every location. It is better to have integrated UV disinfection lamps and positive flow carbon filters to deal with odors.

In japan n korea, u r expected to clean them, paper box must flatten, put in diff recycle bags.

but the water piping and waster water drainage pipe will be a nightmare to install at the existing BCRS locations and although ppl wont use it to wash hands etc....it is still open to other forms of abuse and they will end up having to put a robot mop nearby to mop the flooring every now and then.
