must scan original receipt + the credit card (if card is used) and or singpass (if cdc voucher was used) + the bcrs label on the bottle.

so like 2fa or even 3fa to make claiming as efficient as possible.

remember it's all for the recycling folsk

dont anyhow hor. for 1, receipt waste paper, 2, the print is poisonous, 3. so much work just for 10cents.

if bcrs is nonsense, any more work is nonsense on top of nonsense?

I think if people want to scavenger trashbin for plastic bottles let them be as long as they are not causing a mess to the environment.

ultimately those bottles goes into recycling no?

i agree that if the end goal is to recycle, i dont care if there are people scavenging, and like you said not creating mess. we all know most sinkies dont clean up their mess.

the bcrs is just a white elephant. so if no 10cents deposit we no need to recycle? if bin full then no need recycle? i think there are more pick lockers than bcrs machines

It is very clear that this BCRS rollout is very badly implemented. Just scrap the whole bloody thing. Governments should seek to make it's citizens lives easier but ours seems hell bent on complicating ours and making what were simple things and processes more complex than they should be. They are a real disappointment.

Even with 10 cents, there are many people who throw them away as normal trash. If only 1 cent, all will end up as normal trash.

I think we should have followed the Germans and made it 40c. But I suspect the government intentionally dipped it down to manage the proportion of dumpster divers.

There are many who would delve into the depths of Moria for 40c, but wouldn’t give 10c a second look.

It is damnong enough we uave parent and child digging in bins.

For 40c we might Mdm and Maria digging after pulling up in their Benz.
