I have to say this

I think the biggest culprits of this shite of leaving a mess are the old fogeys

I have seen

Bins top removed and left on one.side

Mess on side of bin . Obvious sign is when cigarette butts normally on top of bin left besides the bin

I ever seen someone shifted one giant bin closer to machine
The giant bin is those need 2 workers to shift and actually its 5 metres from machine only
But some arse needs to shift it 1 metre from bin & left it there

I doubt the cleaners did all that or foreigners
If its latter then deserved to get F

Most ppl dun wan waste the 10cents so will recycle. The govt dun care u environmentalist or not just want u recycle as simple as dat. But also cant set 20cent later nobody buy drinks anymore lol

so like 2fa or even 3fa to make claiming as efficient as possible.

This whole thing is nonsense. Just scrape it!!! Which miw idea is this and who's the vendor that supply the machine? What relationship they have?
