BCRS = Beggars Can Return Scheme

Many sinkies don’t have a choice due to lack of income options

[Joseph12]

This woman & these people are clueless
And really lack brains and ideas on how to get cans
Go around begging these workers for cans

Since they are there, might as well ask the restaurants and eateries for their cans
I observed a bit and see even those OK and not super popular eateries probably can hit 50 cans a day easy

& some "absorb" the ten cents
But its easier to just charge the ten cents and I observe the customers leave the cans for the staff

[Joseph12]

solve 1 environmental issue
create another social issue

If PAP and LKY are as great as they claim , such idiots will be sacked

Rising cost pushes peasants to do it or forces them to do it.
Sad case..

[Lchlch]

Time indeed very bad.

Looks like this BCRS is helping Sinkapore to move further away from Swiss standard of living...

[TehOPengSiuDai]
