Yup. Now just starting. Soon will be emptying the bins onto the road taking the cans and running away. Remember sinkieland is a cleaned city, not a clean city. Everyone assumes cleaners etc will clean up the mess after them. And imo sinkies are the ones who usually litter, tissue, cig etc just throw on floor
