Maybe next step is to tender for new rubbish bins with locking mechanism so that public unable to open and search for the bottles/cans.

Or install CCTV next to each rubbish bin.

Or engage cleaning services more often.

Recently news keep showing people get how much get much mah. It's quite lucrative actually.
The other recycling metals can't compare except maybe higher quality copper wires. Even paper now is $0.10/kg , it's a no brainer to pivot over to pick BCRS cans

No wonder the rag and bone trade all disappear. Last time still have paper selling newspapers to them. Nowadays, no one even reads the papers. Even old TVs e-waste must call town council.

I'd tried the 1.89L marigold orange juice bottle, about the size of the 2L milk bottle, it can go in~ no need to crush~

when to machine, return, only accept DBS Paylah or SimplyGo ez-link card.

whip out my ez-link and scan, TMD, not accepted, coz mine is old type ez-link, cheesepie, got scammed 10c by pap.gov.sg

My father has alzheimer's so I help him collect all his cans and rinse them (else they attract ants / roaches) and bring them to the super rare and elusive BCRS machines, and having to use ezlink or paylah which are both so inconvenient.

I wonder where this guy stays, that he cannot find BCRS machine. Maybe landed property
