does more stuff dan diskwarrior. but diskwarrior is still better in repairing kaput directories. diskwarrior does one thing best. me know because me hv both. and experienced too many times.

@derrickgoh, not sure wat's yr workflow. but it's always handy to hv some power disk utility ard. whether diskwarrior or drive genius or both like me (kiasu, kiasi. ) but only need one, it's diskwarrior.

You mentioned Drive Genius does more than DW. But does it do a better job? No point being a jack of all trades and master of none right?

diskwarrior does one* thing only and it does it better dan drive genius.

* main thing repair corrupted directories. got s.m.a.r.t. monitoring and repair permission.

drive genius got all dat. file shredder. disk cloning. see they website for more.

runs way much faster dan previous version. dat's all the input me cld give.

if apple's disk utility cannot do it, me use diskwarrior. sure fix.
