You can buy the tickets at JTB and a few other agents, I believe. I bought mine in Tokyo itself at a Disney Store in Shibuya. Btw, you may want to check the crowd calendar at http://www15.plala.or.jp/gcap/disney/
(use Google Translate Chrome extension to translate the site to English).

As for the fast passes, they are free. But you cannot hold multiple fast passes at any given time (well, at most 2 if you time it properly). So I guess the trick would be to get a fast pass for the most popular attraction as soon as you get in to the park (each popular attraction has a row of fast pass machines next to the entrance). The fast pass has a time frame so you can't use it immediately (if I'm not wrong, you can only use it 2 - 3 hours after you obtain the fast pass). So while waiting, you can go to other attractions with shorter wait times. Once you are within your fast pass time frame, you can go to another popular attraction to get another fast pass. After that, quickly go to the first fast pass attraction and use it.

i just bought tickets online from tokyo disneyland's website.
its in english and has instant confirmation (unlike USJ :s22:) so its pretty simple
it's a printout ticket so no need to queue on that day can just go to the entrance

Another option is to buy it at a Disney store in Tokyo, if possible. They will also give you a confirmed ticket without the need to queue at the entrance.

If you want to buy a slightly cheaper ticket, you can try Daikokuya (and Family Mart, if I'm not wrong). They have a lot of outlets all over Tokyo. But their tickets are open tickets, which means you need to queue at the entrance. Last time I checked they were only cheaper by a little bit, so it's not worth it.

you can get it at cheaper rates at tickets selling shop, i got mine at Ueno. cheaper by few hundreds yen. Is open ticket, same thing just queue and enter even you have the e-ticket or etc. Kids and Snr citizens do enjoy prevailing rate, just need prove document even you are tourist

Disneysea is the only in the world and cater to slightly more adults, Disneyland is nice but old more towards kids. Went to many different countries Disneyland, more or less the same. I prefer Disneysea, the feel is much much different.

Both park sell different souvenirs and food.

For DisneySea

take Tower of Terror, Journey to the centre of the earth, Raging Spirits (360 roller coaster, me humji never take), the Indiana Jones ride based on the crystal skull film is not bad too...

then toy story ride of course... the Storm rider 4D show is not too shabby as well.

Disneyland,

if you are up for it, Space Mountain. Thunder mountain, Pooh's hunny hunt... quite a lot to get through lol

well if the ride got height restriction then just skip

looky here
Attractions for Small Children | Tokyo DisneySea

I would not go for the turtle talk thing, it is a interactive show... conducted fully in Japanese. My mum & dad were bored to tears sitting through that while me and my sisters ran into the tower of terror.

Tower of terror is a seated vertical roller coaster? it goes sideways, pretty sick :s13:

For those who go to disneyland for the first time, I will recommend you all go try disneysea first.

It is unique as other countries do not have it yet.
