Display Problem

Having this problem when powering up the pc the monitor will show "Entering into power save mode" and not display anything. Upon powering up the second time or third time then i'm able to go into windows.

Anyone can help with the problem ? Is it the Cable or Card ?

Try use different cable. If it's still the same, try using different display ports, HDMI, Display port, DVI, etc. If still the same problem, switch to another monitor Or gfx. you will need to problem solve one by one.
