what are you pairing with ?
was previously considering this cable for my 3080Ti <> G9 OLED, but think its a overkill.:ROFLMAO:

the DP2.1 at 7900xtx is not native dp2.1.

half blood only and around hdmi2.1 native bandwidth but hdmi 2.1 support more features.

i do have dp2.1 to hdmi2.1 adapter all features are enabled but freesync premium is disabled.

i do have this setup so i know.tested.
thats why i go with 7900xtx enough to churn out 4K120hz gpu.

next year tv will have 4K144Hz but no big diif so i stop the waiting game.

Dynacore pricelist just update. price increased....

Yeah the monitor at DP 1.4 DSC I can still feel the softened PQ compared to HDMI 2.1 full bandwidth but nevertheless it is still try for fun and changed back DP connection to see if I miss out any goodie from DP port 🤔

Oh that dp2.1 to HDMI 2.1 connector can be really expensive right?

Even some HDMI 2.1 monitor are not full bandwidth like the 4K monitor Alienware G3223Q.

In reality many not utilizing the cable bandwidth be it HDMI 2.1 or DP2.1 with their GPU and monitor as DP1.4 still dominate the gaming monitor landscape.

yes, its expensive.

so far only see oled type monitor/tv is native 4K 12bit.

even miniled tv 4K 10bit only.

Upcoming Gigabyte aorus f032u2p has uhbr20 certification. I think the older Asus rog swift pg32uqxr is not, but still dp 2.1 ...

I don't think there's any consumer grade graphic card that supports up to uhbr20, only AMD has up to uhbr13.5 while Nvidia only does DP 1.4 for now....
