Distorted Graphics, need help please!

Graphics Card: MSI R7850 Twin Frozr 2GD5

Hi,

Just bought PayDay2 and when I set the resolution to 1920 x 1080, the graphics will be distorted as shown below.

This happened when I played MapleStory last time too when I tried to play in Full Screen. It happens only for some games not all, Dota2 is fine.

Enabling "GPU scaling" without playing any games have the same effect.

Is it a problem with my graphics card?

The driver should be the latest at I just reformatted my PC yesterday 14/08

Any help would be very much appreciated!

the card was bought roughly around last year when diablo3 came out.

yeah.. if faulty they can 1 to 1 exchange if got stock

Weird, because I'm able to play Payday without facing the same issue.

Bring down the card to corbell. Let them take a look. Take some photos and send them to the service centre.

High chance is the gfx card issue.

If wanna double confirm take another monitor and try. See if it gives you that result again.

If no then your monitor up lorry.

Thanks for the recommendation on the parts, got em yesterday!

Don't have another monitor to try on, so most likely will go down.

Do I have to bring the receipt down? Because my dad got the card for me from his company's computer guy (he just brought the card home on a random day) so I don't have the receipt but I can give him a call.

Yeah no prob.

You need the receipt.

Yeah call him and ask for the receipt. That will be the best way to RMA the card.
