[DIY] 4k build

Hello, I'd like to build a new PC that mainly do:
-AutoCAD
-Autodesk Inventor
-A fair bit of gaming (CS:GO, Dark Souls, Rainbow 6 Siege)

Current budget is at 4000, but would like to bring down the price as much as possible. Do need to include a monitor in this build (Thinking about ASUS PG279Q)
Would prefer 2k resolution with widescreen.
