Hi, i am looking to upgrade my rig while keeping other parts. Advice needed.

Usage : Casual gaming
Budget : $1k

Parts needed :
CPU+mobo
Graphics card
SSD
DVD drive

Most of ur parts are still good to go. At most, get a bigger ssd and better gpu like palit 970 @$400.01 from lazada mobile app after $100 discount. Coupon is ANGBAO100.

No one changes DVD drive unless it is spoil. And ur cpu+mobo is still good.

ahh... i forgot about my rig info on the right and confuses people when i say i was going to replace my rig. Actually what happen is my bro's com have some parts failing on him and he decided to change them and upgrade some other parts too. Sorry about the confusion.

CPU+Mobo : spoiled
GPU : Upgrade from aging 7770
SSD: Upgrade (for OS & games)
DVD drive : spoiled

I haven't followed the tech reviews for a long time now, would like to know which brand and models are recommended within my budget. Much thanks
