Hi everyone!

I am looking to build a new PC that can support virtualization (Virtual Machine) stuffs. I read around but still am pretty lost, so would like to seek help from the community here! :)

I probably need a strong CPU and solid RAM (32 GB at least). Not sure what CPU/motherboard combi would be friendly/ideal for virtualization. Any also anything else i should be considering for this context.

I would prefer an Intel CPU and don't mind getting the latest 8th Gen. I do multiple stuffs on my PC most of the time, and i heard the i7 is suited for multi-threading? Not really a gamer so don't need a graphic card. Just need a built-in card that can watch youtube and movies haha. Don't need monitor, keyboard mouse, sound etc as i can use back my old ones.

Any suggestions for a RIG? No fixed budget in mind, but preferably $2k or less. Thanks in advance for the response!
