Hi,im a newbie at diy pcs. ive decided to retire my old pc and build a new one with some of my old parts.

I need some suggestions with my choice of parta. Please let me know if there are better replacements.

i5 4570 asrock b85m pro4
powercolor r9 280x turbo duo 3gb
seasonic m12 ii 750w evo full modular
fractal design arc mini r2 case with window
rams/ssd and hdd are reused

Also , do i need a cooler? If my os was installed on my ssd,if i format and install a clean copy of windows 8 on it will my 2 other hdd used for data storing and program install still work if i plug it into the new rig?

Will work... Only data no problem one..

OS installed SSD also should work but may encounter issues due to drivers..

You can bump down your PSU to 520w even. The other 2 hdd will work, however not 100% for the programs.

Don't need a cooler if you don't plan to OC, but do maintain good airflow and clean it mebbe once every half a year.
