How come your requirement for Battlefield and COD disappeared? Do you still want to play these games or do you just want to play CS:GO and DOTA 2?

If he's sure that he won't be playing any or much of the newer AAA titles at all, then a 750ti is more than sufficient to run the 2 games he listed.

Hehe sorry I edited . I wanted battlefield and COD but I'm afraid it'll be out of my budget and not be able to play the games smoothly if I use lower ends. Will the first set up you recommend ensure smooth game play with BF and COD?

And actually include monitor I don mind going up to 1.7k , money can always earn back slowly or save slowly :)

The first build is good enough to play BF and COD at max settings in 1080p smoothly while the second build is a cheaped out version of the first build without sacrificing performance. See you want which one.
