DIY Desktop within $600 budget?

I want to DIY a desktop for basic usage, able to play basic games and mostly use for home usage, such as youtube and such.

Just the cpu, excluding mouse, keyboard and monitor

May I know if there are any recommendations on the built?

Low end games like Audition and Maplestory. Basically built for my siblings to use, so no high end graphic required i guess.

Will the ability to stream HD videos like 4k resolution require better graphic card?

Notes:

1) An AMD APU is chosen as it provides the most bang for your buck at your budget level as AMD APUs have much superior iGPUs than Intel's HD graphics and the slightly weaker CPU component is irrelevant in your case as your games do not need a very strong CPU or GPU to run. The strong iGPU in AMD APU also allows the APUs to playback videos in 4K resolutions.

2) 2X sitcks of 2GB RAMs are used in a dual channel configuration as the iGPUs in APUs work better with dual channel RAMs.
