Go with a pair of powerline plugs if PC is going to be placed on that signal weak spot. Repeaters/routers ain't going to help much.

CPU+MB: Intel Pentium G3258 Anniversary Edition + ASRock H81M-HDS @ $156
RAM: Crucial DDR3-1600 CL11 8GB @ $96
GPU: Palit GTX 650 2GB @ $95* (Lazada Singapore)
SSD: Crucial MX100 256GB @ $143* (Lazada Singapore)
ODD: Samsung 24X CD/DVD Writer [OEM] @ $21
PSU: FSP Hexa+ 450W [80 Plus] @ $59
CASE: Xigmatek Recon @ $45
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit [OEM] @ $115
SPK: Creative Inspire T10 [2.0] @ $39^ (SITEX 2014)
PWL: TP-Link TL-PA4010PKIT AV500 500 Mbps Powerline Adapter Twin Pack @ $95

Total: $864

Buy others from Tradepac, #05-19. Haggle for discounts.

Not really weak signal spot but i'd like it to be faster..
Erm Intel Pentium G3258 Anniversary Edition is this enough?
I was thinking of i5 or maybe i3?

Dont underestimate the pentium g3258, it is more powerful than expected if overclocked and pair up with a good graphic card for gaming.

With a good graphic card, i3 cpu is more than enough for games like dota2. 75% of the job is done by graphic card alone.

You only need i5 unless you are playing games like battlefield4 at highest setting possible. By the way, battlefield4 is alot alot alot more demanding than dota2.

1) Can get the Asus PCE-N15 for $59 or the TP-Link WN881ND for $45. However, homeplugs are a superior alternative unless your house is very old.

2) The G3258 can have a performance close to an i3 provided that you overclock the G3258 and a G3258 in stock settings is going to perform just like any other Pentium. However, as DOTA 2 is not a very CPU intensive game, a stock Pentium can be used to play DOTA 2 at maximum settings without any performance issues and bottlenecking whatsoever. If you want an i3, pay about $60 more to your existing build for an i3 4160.

Does this look good?

Btw those items from Lazada have to buy myself from online first right? Just wondering if I go to a shop and get all directly from them what's the price diff?
And oh ya since i have no clue how to assemble, will they help me FOC.?

Thanks!
