DIY gaming rig - Need advice !

Hi Master DIY builders,

I do not have the expert skill and knowledge on this DIY thingy.
I would like to seek you help and advises on building a new gaming rig (max settings and fps on games like dota 2, call of duty etc). web surfing, watching HD movies

Below are the specs i have gathered from reading in the forum:

MOBO Asrock AB350 Pro4
RAM GSKILL ripjaws V 3000mhz (8GB X 2)
SSD 240 GB
HDD 2 TB
GPU Galax gtx 1060 6GB OC
PSU FSP Hyper K 600w
Casing Tecware Nexus ATX

i7 build:
CPU i7-4790
MOBO Gigabyte G1 Gaming Z97
RAM 16GB Ram
SSD 240 GB
HDD 1 TB
GPU Gigabyte GTX1070 8GB
PSU 50W PSU
Casing Tecware Vision Tempered Glass

i5 build:
CPU i5-8400
MOBO H310M
RAM 16GB DDR4 Ram
SSD 120GB SSD
HDD 1TB HDD
GPU GTX1060 6GB
PSU 50W PSU
Casing Tecware Nexus M

in i7 build, mobo and cpu are refurbished with 1 year warranty. rest of the parts are new.

Please advice which one would be suitable for my needs.

If possible, upgrade the PSU to superflower leadex gold 550, evga g3 550 or seasonic focus plus 550.

Change psu if you can as mentioned by -Synchronicity-. Seasonic S12-II or M12-II or Focus series, EVGA G3/G+ series, Superflower Leadex II Silver/Gold series if possible. A good PSU goes a long way.
